Exon Oceanic Abyss works against corruption in all its forms, and we have high expectations to our employees, our partners and our suppliers regarding ethics. We work to make sure that our business partners also share our commitment. Training is key when building a culture of integrity and ethical behaviour. Exon Oceanic Abyss mitigates corruption risk by means of an anti-bribery and corruption programme, which consists of an annual e-learning course and separate compliance classroom training. Exon Oceanic Abyss business conduct and ethics policy describes the overarching principles governing ethical practice, accountability and openness, and compliance with laws.
